HyperHost does not promote, endorse, sponsor, advertise or provide services for gambling, betting, or any activity that is illegal or restricted in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka or the customer's own jurisdiction.

We have no role in any promotion, campaign or content published by customers on their servers. Such content is created and distributed solely by the customer.

HyperHost operates as a reseller of hosting and VPS infrastructure. We do not own the underlying datacenter platform; responsibility for the platform rests with the respective upstream owner/provider.

All services are used at the customer's own risk. HyperHost accepts no liability for any loss, downtime, data loss, legal action, penalty, or damage arising from a customer's use of the service.

The customer is solely responsible for the content, applications, scripts, emails and data hosted on their server, for keeping credentials safe, and for complying with all applicable local and international laws.

Accounts used for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, or any unlawful purpose may be suspended without refund.

We store only what is needed to deliver and support your service: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, billing address, order records and service credentials.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Credentials are shown only to the account owner after payment verification, and to authorised staff for support purposes.
